If your house is full of clutter, chances are you have not seen the top of your kitchen table in some time. If that is the case, well-thought out structured meals probably is not a part of your daily routine. This chaotic system leads to choosing fast and easy meals over healthy meals. Unfortunately, many fast and easy meals are full of fat, sodium, sugar and syrups. This combination often leads to obesity.
